Blink granted by Sands of Silk swaps to Roll permanently after death

When wearing the unique chest armour Sands of Silk, the granted Blink skill will be permanently replaced with Roll after the character dies.
After dying, the skill icon and function turn into Roll entirely, and the character can no longer cast Blink at all.
The only workaround to recover the original Blink skill is to unequip the Sands of Silk chest and equip it again.
