CONSTANT FREEZES AND MICROSTUTTERS

The game freezes very often, sometimes for 5 seconds, sometimes for 30+, and sometimes it straight up crashes. I've tried to verify game files, delete shaders, changed some gpu and cpu settings, and all that did nothing. I've gotten to level 88, then it took me almost 10 hours to lvl 90, simply because the game freezes, and then after a random amount of time, from 5 to 30 seconds, it unfreezes and sends me flying straight into a billion mobs where I die. Or it happens in a boss fight, where I, once again, die.

After about 70 hours of playtime since the league started, I'm thinking of quitting for a couple of days until this is fixed, because I can't progress bc of the freezes and deaths.
