Reverie Chestpiece losing its effects until re-equipping

Im not really sure the cause, but sometimes i will get stunned or slowed or get hit by certain modifiers (i forgot them by bow but if I encounter it again i will update), my reverie flask regeneration disappears. It will not reapply unless I take it off and put it on! Im unsure what the cause is but the bug is causing me to die randomly. :( Ive encountered this about 10 times so far in maps.
