Map Requires All Rares Killed But Doesnt Complete

Running this map that seemed totally normal. The objective was to kill all rares. I killed the boss and all monsters but the map still didn't complete.

Forgot to mention that I triple checked the boss arena and there was no passive point to collect. I reran the map and it completed normally.
