Memory leak

Have been expereinceing a memory leak all day started after a recent patch, I've reinstalled the game, reinstalled drivers and clear shader chache along with other things. Specs 4070super 32gigs at 6400 and a ryzen 7 9800x3d. The game will freeze and i will have to manualy alt f4 to close the title upon which i will regain 27 plus gigs of ram, this only happens in poe2 i have tried other games and doesnt reoccur.i am playing Djinn Sorceress fire and sand, particle effect seem to spark it up and lead to crashing, the game freezes after 40 min to an hour of playtime regardless due to a lack of memory from the leak
graphics are lowest dlss quality vsync off, reflex on +boost and engine multi thread on
