! (quest line bug and progression) delirium drops no splinters when the encounter is ended !

1) werid portal noise when you end the delirium nothing drops ( probably npc should show up ) bug

2) unable to do any questline or progression in the delirium region (probely realalted to the npc that should show up)

3) in deliruim region ran 10 maps delirium bar went up to 199 and than rest the next map not sure if it was intended also notice a slight decrease in the bar on 2 maps
