Stuck in Twisted domain

After completing the quest version of Xesht i could not leave the area, the portal is unresponsive and instead of being named hideout its called "return to map device". I tried logging out, changing servers and just about everything i could think of. This can be solved by entering character selection and choosing to spawn from town/hideout but hopefully this can be looked at.
