Can't progress to endgame maps after finishing interludes

No matter what I try, I can't get NPCs to start interactions so I can warp to Ziggarat Refuge and have Doriyani teach me about map mechanics for this league. I even replayed every main boss to try and force the next quest line. In addition, I had a player who had access to maps try and join parties and then I warp to Refuge. This didn't work either. I have been stuck since Saturday. When will this be fixed as I know others are dealing with the same issue?

I am also stuck at the end of Act4. killed the last boss and nothing happened. i can't do anything.
