Can't access endgame content please help!!!

Dear GGG,
I have a very bad bug, I have completed the campaign and the interlude and made it to the endgame. I'm sent to the Ziggurat Refuge like always but when I get there this league the map device will not work!! It's the same thing with the map device in my hideout. I can't start the endgame content. I have play many league and never had this happen. Can you please help me!!! I have deleted my character and did the whole campaign twice now in the past three days. I have been waiting for this return of the ancients league for months and I can't play, it's very upsetting. What should I do?? PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you! Talk to Hooded One at Refuge camp.

For me I'm stuck in Act 1 even if I talked Hooded One. Can't have access to Act 2.
