Act 3 The Runseeker quest in Mystic Refuge bugged PLS FIX IT!!!

At the end of Runeseeker quest in Act 3 in Mystic Refuge after talk with Farrow i cant interact with pull to end this quest part. But before on another character i skip Runeseeker questline in Act 1 and Act 2, and when i find Mystic Refuge in Act 3 i interact with pull in it. I think its count as i already do it, but i do it without full quest line. And without this interact i cant start questline in Act 4.
