In whisper malfunctioning on console it is instantly crashing as soon as you whisper

Yes on consoles it's me and other people we are crashing as soon as we try to whisper somebody that's not on our friend list we cannot get trial periods we cannot get help from the community because they will not let us whisper as soon as we put their name in The whisper section it crashes the game instantly and I would love for this to get looked at ASAP
