Bug: The Hooded One Is Stuck At The Starting Point of Kingsmarch (solved)

I have progressed with a party from Act 3 to the last boss of Act 4, but this "The Hooded One" is still standing at the starting point of Kingsmarch.



Now the main quest requires me to talk to the Hooded One to move on after defeating the last boss, but there is no option on him.

So, I am completely stuck and cannot move on to the interlude.

Also, there is no "Set Sail" option on Makoru, so I cannot go to unvisited islands by myself.

Just go to talk with Rog in the Kingsmarch and get the ship charter.
