Eventide petals unique amulet make the game disconnect and lose map as soon as equipped

If I enter a map with Eventide petals equipped, or if I equip eventide petals in a map
=>
1. I automatically get disconnected from the game (login screen)
2. the map has been "failed", showned as attempted on the atlas EVEN IF I equippe the amulette after defeating the boss and seeing the "map completed" message on screen. It will fail the map regardless and I can reattemp the map again.
