Im always offline for people

People can't invite me to a team because they can't see me. Sometimes after leveling up, I come back online for a short time, then disappear again. I don't even see myself in the guild list when I play. I think this is related to my Steam subaccount. Can you unlink it? My main account is ofdrykkja1480#8399 on Xbox. My Steam subaccount is bloede_verin#2000. I already wrote about this problem in December, and nothing has changed since then. I can't play. Please help.
