ditto; even after the hotfix: "Fixed an issue where the Runic Knowledge in Mystic Refuge (Act 3) wouldn't be targetable if you had summoned Farrow but did not speak to him, preventing completion of The Runeseeker quest in Act 3."
I'm on my second character and cannot complete the quest (first character was fine). PC debug reference: 3,068,807,026 |
