Can't progress to maps after completing campaign

There are numerous threads of people dealing with the same issue as me. Once I completed the interludes, I did not get any NPC interaction to transfer me to Ziggarat Refuge to let Doriyani teach me about the map mechanics. Because of this I cannot map. I have killed every storyline boss multiple times trying to force the game to progress me. Most of rhe threads complain about this issue think it's related to the Return to Ange quest. I do show that quest as needing to be completed eventhough I earned the shoreline hideout two leagues ago. I completed campaign on Saturday and no matter what I do cannot get to the maps. I even tried to get someone who was mapping to invite me and force the progression. No luck there either. Please help as the game is now unplayable for me and many others.

After completing interludes you talk to the hooded one and he gives you the last skill book, use the book and talk to him again, "travel to oriath" not there?

No, travel to Oriath does not show up. I didn't even get the last skill book from him. I keep posting about this and GGG has not presented a solution in any of the threads. There are a number of us dealing with the same issues.
