Can't progress in act 4

After progressing act 4 with my friend, the hooded one stuck at the starting point of Kingsmarch.
 No "Set Sail" option on Makoru.  When I create a new instance, I keep respawning here.  Need help!!! Last bumped on Jun 3, 2026, 2:34:06 PM

Talk to all the npcs....you should get a book or note or ledger from Alva... this you bring to the captain of the ship and off you go....
