Gathering Strom completely bugged

In 0.5 Gathering Storm was reworked.

A perfect hit onto a Tempest Bell should:
- make the bell explode (works - they disappear)
- create shocked ground (does not work, shocked ground does not appear)
- deal Damage in an AoE (does not seem to work - I'd expect more damage)


In a Nutshell:
Nerf 1: Gathering storm now destroys your bells without them dealing damage
Nerf 2: The prior shocked ground is completely removed in its current state

Edit: Tempest Bell MTX is the culprit!

The shocked ground does not appear with the Breachlord Tempest Bell MTX equipped.

Unequipping the MTX makes the shocked ground appear when perfect hitting the bells.
