Using Dual Sylvans, perma deleting spirit upon using Refutation

I've been experimenting with Sylvans and a zoo army, using Refutation on a weapon swap with dual Sylvan's.

The issue Im having is upon using Refutation on weapon set 2, it BRICKS my spirit on Weapon Set 1, and slowly lowers it and lowers it, until my tames slowly stop spawning. Reseting the instance seems to fix it.

Reservation is not different. Spirit is nearly exactly the same. The only skills being used is Refutation to parry, and Snipers Mark to change back to Weapon Set 1.
