Vaal Beacons & Vaal Ruins - POE 2 0.5 Softcore Seasonal - Party Issues

Hello,

My group are experiencing a couple of bugs right now related to the Vaal Ruins and beacons. We completed act 3 and activated all 6 of the beacons. I am the party leader and own the instances we ran in act 3. I received 0 chargers after activating all 6 beacons. One party member has 5 charges. The other party member has 1 charge. 0+5+1 = 6 . The beacon charges were split up instead of being granted to each of us. I myself even activated the beacons while we were in the maps in act 3 before the other 2 party members arrived at the beacon but I never got a charge.

OK, so charges aren't working. I went into the portal that spawns in Act 3 after the 6th beacon. I interacted with the thing inside the portal that can be used to activate the activity and to place the rooms. My party members are no longer able to interact with that after I've interacted with it. Even, when they start their own instance and are no longer in party. This persists after logging out and after restarting computer.

Please help us to understand any ways we can resolve these issues.
