Arbiter of Divinity Bug

I have killed the Arbiter of Divinity twice now and both times it will not let me collect the divine power. The first time I killed him I teleported out and back in before I knew there was more to do, then the second time I killed him and tried to grab it right after and it STILL won't let me. Fix this please, I can't craft 4 modifier tablets because of this.

same issue here, killed the quest version and now the real version, still can't get 4-mod tablets.

You can allocate the points behind the lock that says: "Defeat the Arbiter of Divinity to unlock"
