Unique (Reverie) constant flask effect stops working after respawning

As title sais

When u die and u respawn in your map the constant life flask effect stops working and you have to re-equip the chestplate to re-activate the effect.

How to reproduce:
- Use Reverie chestplate
- Have a working flask
- Die in a map (endamge map is what I'm reffering to)
- Respawn using one of your respawns
- Effect of the chestplate dissapears
