Ogham Manor Boss Did Not Drop Required Quest Fragment

Bug Description:
After defeating the Ogham Manor boss in the Western Enigma Chamber map, the required quest fragment did not drop. This fragment appears to be necessary for progression.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter the Western Enigma Chamber map.
2. Defeat the Ogham Manor boss.
3. Check the loot dropped by the boss.

Expected Result:
The boss should drop the required quest fragment.

Actual Result:
No quest fragment was dropped after the boss was defeated.

Additional Information:
I asked a friend and several other players who completed the same encounter, and they confirmed that the quest fragment dropped normally for them. Because of this, I am unsure whether this was caused by a bug, a missed game mechanic, or another issue specific to my character or instance.
