Hollow Form (any Skill) + Eventide Petals Unique = Crash

Added the new unique to my Whirling Assualt hollow for build, and upon the first use of hollow form touching an enemy in the map the instance closes and brings me back to the log in screen, upon loggin bag in the map is gone, Ive tested using other skills in hollow form and it has the same result, noting using the same skills outside of Hollow form does not result in the crash so inclined to think its due to hollow form

Issue seems specific to the Crit aspect of the interaction, reducing my critical chance to zero prevents the crash, increasing my critical chance back up then instance immediately crashes upon criting
