Character can't proceed in Act 4 due to corrupted quest state

Hi there,

My character (Simmerlein on my account) is stuck in Act 4 - the state of the map in Kingsmarch is stuck in the state it is in when you arrive from Act 3 - meaning I can't talk to the Hooded One or Makoru to sail or proceed the quest to Arastas. This means I am completely stuck now and can't proceed with the campaign. Can someone assist please?
