Cannot allocate atlas skill points, Essence Dowsing

Hi,

i was allocating atlas skill points up to Essence Dousing no problem, then i could not select an essence type to complete the action. Now, i am currently locked out of issuing anymore atlas skill points, while still being unable to select an essence type from Essence Dowsing node.

Please help! is there anything i can do, to restore and gain access to these nodes i have 5 unspent points, and only 4 in the tree.
