Unique (Reverie) not co-operating with Unique (Waistgate)

The new unique Reverie that allows the life flasks to be always active does not work together with the unique Waistgate. When equipping 2 life flasks the effects don't stack of both flasks at once.
This is either bugged or Reverie should mention it does not work with double life flasks.
