Instruments of Power Bug - Focus causing weapon swings and audio

Hey team,

Bug reference number: 1,088,888,162.

This seems to have happened after the latest hotfix as it wasn't happening before. Whenever you equip a focus to take advantage of the Instruments of Power passive, you'll start swinging your Mouse 1 ability like it's a weapon swing. Very distracting haha!
