Currency Exchange unavailable

not sure if this is a bug or I am being stupid. I have run a few maps but noticed that Alva is nowhere to be found in the Ziggurat Refuge, so I went to my own hideout, but she only gives me the option to change the hideout. I tried a few different ones but it is still the same.

I can not access my merchant tabs, nor the currency exchange now. Is there any way to restore it, or just wait for a patch?

No, I can trade just fine with other players. Just the Merchant Tabs and the Currency Exchange is nowhere to be found.

I already sold some items through regular trades. This is super annoying.

Seems Hotfix 9 did fix something:

Fixed a bug where Ange's "Hostile Takeover" quest was not always completable in Runes of Aldur leagues.
