Ive had this one too, several times. Not using any macros or abnormal input devices. Logitech gaming mouse set to standard settings, Alienware keyboard, and razer taurtaras pro gaming pad. None of them have special settings or fast keypresses enabled. Seems to be when engaging hollow form with whirling assault. Never had it before that.

i try with srpinting or dodging it happen also but im playin hallow form too maybe it relate with
