POE2 Crossbow Targeting at water edge sandswept marsh

When there is an enemy still walking its way out of the water if you try to shoot using permafrost bolt it shoots the ground immediately in front of you and doesnt target the enemy. You have to fully wait for them to leave the water before your shots connect if you are too close to the edges. If theres no enemy you are able to freely shoot just fine but target an enemy and it acts like your character is on a ramp or something. Needs fixed. There is also some kind of bug with reloading as well when getting to a new area seemingly after a cutscene. you have to swap weapon shots otherwise you cant shoot or reload at all
