Entire Character PERMANENTLY STUCK in Bodach fight

Can't relog, can't respawn at checkpoint, can't die, can't see, can't TP

100% permanently stuck. Please help

Update: I waited 15 minutes offline and that seemed to get me back to hideout.

For more info, I was having the very common Bodach bug where you cant get into phase 2 (complete darkness + dot kills you). So i was spamming new instances and one time Bodach never punched me to start the fight and i just stayed in darkness with no DoT and no actions i could take other than waiting offline
