Empty tablet slot not working

It's about this line :

Each empty tablet slot now contributes to the amount of random non-tablet spawned league content in the area.

It used to work properly but now if I launch a map with no quest attach or tablet I don't have any league content (can have essences or wisps)

I think I have troubleshooted how to replicate it :

Map with Delirium + another league content.
Go to map boss without doing the other league content, die to it with delirium activated, kill it after respawn (without deli cause of respawn)

How I fixed it the first time :
First time it happened to me, the other league content was my first encounter with breach, then I went to a map with breach inside (quest zone) and do the mechanic here and this fixed the first time.

The second time was during with an abyss and i can't find a way to work around it.
