Game Crash when finishing a Delirium Map

game crashes whenever I finish any map which has a delirium. Always crashes when I finished all objectives inside the map (mirrors etc) and kill the final boss. I see a notification popping up (e.g. grand mirror spawned), then the game freezes, crashes and when I login the map is gone, the event didnt spawn and I have to do the map again.
