Bug: Eating Delirium fruit fully reset atlas passives and bricked Monastary.

I ate the Delirium Fruit and spawned it on the atlas map. Doing so fully reset ALL atlas passives and has made me unable to go the Breach HQ, the Monastary of the Keepers, as the game will tell me the 'waystone level is too low.' It should be noted that I cannot place a waystone in the window at all. All other side-content hubs, such as the Lightless Well and Withered Willow, are still able to be opened.

I believe it has spawned Delirium Modifiers, or attempted to, on the Monastery of the Keepers in the atlas, bricking it and subsequently forcing an Atlas Passive Reset.

Also worth noting that it spawned the Simulacrum on an already completed map, so its inaccessible.
