Expedition Bug

After I killed two bosses or during a grand expedition, the game crashed. When I logged back in, the map was already closed. Since then, I cannot progress any further in the new storyline or use any logbooks. I don't know exactly when the bug started because I experienced many crashes during the first few days.
Additionally, the boat icon where I am supposed to click to place the logbook does not even appear anymore.
