[POE2] Unable to increase deliriousness

I'm attempting to do the tier 14 simulacrum. It says I need more deliriousness to enter. However, when I do one of the maps nearby, no matter what I do, my deliriousness is always reset to 10% at the start of the map. Killing rares does not increase it. Killing the boss puts it to 20% but nothing more. I've attempted to do 5 mod maps but that did not help.

Note: I placed the deli fog IN my delirium atlas area on accident. The part to choose a map was bugged previously, and wouldn't let me select a map. I was able to get past this. I'm not sure if this affects it. Note: because I cannot do the simulacrum I will forever be unable to get that last atlas point until I complete it.

Same thing here. I just did the first part, then walked into the delirium part with the grand mirror. Finish a map and suddenly they are 13-15% delirious, finish another one and it resets back to 10% for me. I have stopped the questline for now, but this needs a fix for people who have already completed all surrounding maps.

Hotfix and make the final quest map 100% delirious by default.

Same issue, also placed delirium fog on the quest zone. It seemed like that was what I was supposed to do...

Got deliriousness up to 38% after maybe 5-6 maps and then it just reset back to 10% randomly on the next map.... really frustrating. Now I dont have many delirious maps left to even build it back up. Please fix GGG.

same bug AND I cant spec into a few delirium atlas nodes. I have all the available points but the deli nodes are greyed out. Cant spec into the deli splinter node.

Just went from 47 to 97, and it was reset to 41, I thought there was some sadistic mechanic and there is a pattern, I glad its a bug and not a feature.
