I think this is a case for others too, not just breach..

Same! If it can help developers, I noticed some progress in the points were bound to a more difficult content in the quest. Since I've done it rather early, points from the "normal nodes" don't let me get the last top row of talents (I'm lucky tho coz i miss only one)
