Reaper Invocation with Hollow Form

Currently Reaper's Invocation isn't gaining energy when using Hollow Form.

Hollow Form is socketed with Rolling Slam
Hollow Form has melee tag
Rolling Slam has melee tag

Reaper's Invocation states it gains energy when killed with melee attack, however with this setup it does not.
