Ice-tipped arrow not empowering twisters

activating ice-tipped arrows after three consecutive whirling slashes bugs out ice tipped arrows.
neither the charges count down, nor the twisters are getting empowered.

I can replicate this bug every time.

activating ice-tipped arrows before whirling slash is working like expected.

Malice, Warbanner, Herald of Ice and Combat frenzy are active.
Ascendancy is spirit Walker with Primal Bounty active.

Can someone reproduce and confirm this bug?
