Liminal Coil Causes Chronomancer's Inevitable Agony to have no effect

I'm using Liminal Coil and Inevitable Agony, in 0.5 inevitable agony was changed to no longer be a curse. I expect that inevitable agony's updated life loss feature works properly while using Liminal Coil since inevitable agony is not a curse anymore.
