Hostile Takeover - Return to Ang

I currently have a bugged quest for "Hostile Takeover - Return to Ange" No matter if I speak to Ange in the hideout or in Kingsmarch, there's no option to advance this quest. My guess is that I may have hit a race condition by visiting the Shoreline Hideout before the player is intended to, but I'm not sure!

Has anyone found a workaround for this?
