Quest The Runeseeker ACT 3 BUG

I had conversation with NPC in Mystic Refuge and i cannot click in book near this pool. I tried to reset instance nothing is working.. i Read a lot of post that it is not working for a lot of people i cannot Progress quest. I play on ps5
