POE 2 Burning Monolith bugs out at cut scene after the boss fight Ancient Lexicon

POE 2 Burning Monolith bugs out at cut scene after the boss fight at the Ancient Lexicon. Cannot progress game state.

My quest fragments are consumed. I farmed 2 more - re-did the fight. Same bug.

Please advise
