Act 3 Quest The Runeseeker

im on my second char and i cant click the book to progress the quest. I summoned farrow talked to him and then nothing happend

on my first char everything went fine

tried a third char and i have the same problem

idk how important the questline is for lategame and the rest of the campain but i stopped playing for now
