[0.5] Skill Bar Inputs

Currently for Path 2, for some unknown reason my skill inputs for Q, W, E and R will j9t repeat skill casts when held down. Only left click, middle mouse, and roght click will repeat the skill cast or auto attack functions. I have not changed anything from prior seasons settings wise. Any ideas?
