Completed campaign but cant acces MAPS

I completed the campaign, went to Kingsmarch and spoke with the hood one (SIN)...the cutscene came...i skipped to refuge, but I'm not getting a quest from Doryani to access maps

You gotta check on the Hooded One who is injured and laying down on the east side of the refuge map.
