POE2 Softlock - Cannot Investigate the Grand Mirror

I am softlocked on the Delirium quest chain at the "Investigate the Grand Mirror" map objective.

The Mirror can be highlighted and on a single click the character walks up to it and does NOT turn to face it, but instead turns to face to the 90 degrees from it, towards the closest map edge. My best guess would be there is not enough room from the mirror to the edge for the expected position to interact.

NPC cannot be interacted with.

I have completed the map multiple times to try and see if the mirror is further from the edge. All cases lead to no interaction.
