Deliriousness dropping back to 10%. Strange Reflection quest unable to progress. help

During the "Strange Reflection" Quest. In order to reach Simulacrum I need to clear out maps in that area with Deli Fog.

When it starts at 10% its seems to increase up to from 10% to 25-44%, varies.


it ONLY incerase during the FIRST map done, then if I open a 2nd map, the Deli mobs no longer have a Delirious modifier on them. Any kills I do, no longer count towards the progress of Deleriousness.


I am unable to reach 100% because of this. I am locked out of Simulacrum.
