Path of Exile 2 - Can't allocate 32th Breach atlas passive point. " Tear Open the Rift "

I can't allocate the " Tear Open the Rift " passive point in Breach atlas tree. Tried logging out and back in as well as running another breach quest map to fix the issue. Didn't work.

Please fix GGG that point was necessary for me lol.
